Digital Products Once the customer has gained access to the digital product (via download or online access), a refund is generally excluded. Digital content cannot be „returned“; therefore, a refund is not possible once access has been granted.

Accidental Purchases If a customer has accidentally purchased the wrong course or product, they may contact support within 14 days. An individual solution may be possible, provided the digital product has not yet been downloaded or accessed.
